毒力因子是构成细菌毒力的物质,包括细菌毒素,粘附蛋白,细胞表面碳水化合物和保护细菌的蛋白质,以及可能有助于细菌致病性的水解酶等。微生物在特定物种的宿主病原菌之所有能感染宿主并且在宿主环境中繁殖,通常就是依靠一系列的毒力因子之间相互协调作用起作用。所以研究病原菌的毒力因子,对于了解病原菌和宿主之间的相互作用有非常重要的作用。

 

检测样品:土壤、微生物、肠道样品、环境样品等

检测周期:2~3星期
